LBS -- Witness to History

Earlier this year, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds was accompanied by seventy legislators and signed her tax reform bill at our Des Moines, Iowa facility. As an ESOP, each of our employee-owners has a vested interest in the success and future of our company. Our team was honored to host an event that included the signing of a bill that eliminates state taxes on retirement benefits, including employee-owned retirement funds. This bill is beneficial not only to our employee-owners but to all employee-owners in Iowa!
