Make traditional hardcover books with the LBS COMBINED® endsheet using the cover feeder of a perfect binder. This process allows the spine reinforcing material and endsheets to be applied at the same time. The COMBINED endsheet consists of two folded endpapers bonded to a strong spine reinforcing material. Custom gap sizes are available. Stretch reinforcing materials may be used for rounding and backing. |

HYFLEX® Graphic White
HYFLEX® Graphic White cover material is a revolutionary new offset-printable material available in 3 thicknesses. It was designed to outperform traditional C1S litho in terms of durability and wear resistance. When printed, an extremely strong bond is formed between the paper and the ink, creating a resilient finished product. Under distress, the printing on HYFLEX Graphic White will not crack as easily as a litho sheet. Products covered in HYFLEX will maintain a luxurious appearance while resisting the signs of normal wear and tear.

Folded Tabbed
Our Folded Tabbed endsheet eliminates the need to tip the endpaper onto the book block before casing-in. It consists of a folded sheet with a paper tab extending beyond the fold. The tab holds the folded sheet away from the spine allowing the endsheet to be inserted into a perfect binder with the book block. The tab is ground off leaving the endpaper in the correct position for adhesive binding. The standard tab extension is 1/8". Custom extensions are available.

Cot Linen
Cot Linen is a beautiful uncoated cloth made from 100% cotton fibers with a neutral or contrasting-colored yarn.
Cot Linen Tweed is an uncoated cotton/flax blend with a unique “flecked” look.
Cot Linen Coated offers a colored coating for applications that may require a more protective finish.
This collection is ideal for luxury packaging, branding books, coffee table books, and photo albums. These materials decorate exquisitely with foil stamping and screen printing.

Lexide
Heavyweight Lexide cover material is a luxurious replacement for leather board. It is manufactured with a proprietary process that enhances its end-use performance as a heavyweight cover material. Lexide is an exceptionally smooth product that features unparalleled strength and fold endurance while resisting tearing and cracking. As a bookbinding material, it is perfect for menu covers, wine lists, and many other flush-cut applications. As a luxury packaging material, it can be used for rigid boxes or spirits packaging. Lexide decorates beautifully with foil stamping, debossing, and screen printing.
BACK COAT OPTIONS:
Back Coat 2 - a pigmented aqueous acrylic coating that closely matches the face color. This is a semi-matte coating designed to be glueable but test prior to manufacturing for best results. Standard except where noted.
Back Coat 3 - a pigmented aqueous acrylic coating with a clear top coating which will match the color and appearance of the face. This is a durable coating that is dirt and water resistant and resistant to crocking. It is difficult to glue, and special adhesives must be used.
Back Coat 4 - the same coating as Back Coat 2 but it includes a dulling agent.
